BLACK GATOR® LB WELLHEAD FEED-THRU SYSTEM
The standard feed-thru system consists of three rugged Black Gator® components: a surface connector, a wellhead penetrator, and PFT’s Universal (Lower) Connector. We have profiles to fit virtually any wellhead in use worldwide, or we can custom engineer a solution to fit your application. Available in Standard and HazLoc models.
BLACK GATOR® WELLHEAD
PFT’s Black Gator® LB Wellhead Feed-Thru System is an innovative, economical alternative to low-tier non-positive gas barrier systems that rely on an epoxy putty seal. The LB style system uses PFT’s proven Black Gator® Universal Lower Connector to terminate the cable and block any migration of gas or fluids. The penetrator profile can be machined to accommodate nearly any wellhead and hanger combination.
CAYMAN LB WELLHEAD FEED-THRU SYSTEM
PFT’s CaymanTM LB Wellhead Feed-Thru System is our innovative alternative to low-tier systems that rely on an epoxy putty seal, resulting in a non-positive gas barrier. In the CaymanTM system, existing cable terminates below the wellhead, inside the lower connector. Solid PEEKTM insulators create a positive barrier, blocking any migration of gas or fluids to the surface.
TRI-GATOR® LB WELLHEAD FEED-THRU SYSTEM
PFT’s field-attachable Tri-Gator®* LB Wellhead Feed- Thru System is our innovative answer to the problems encountered with space-constrained wellheads and annular space below the wellhead. The Tri-Gator®* LB Wellhead Feed-Thru System is ideal for concentric wellhead completions, and can retrofit to non-ESP wellheads or existing three-lead wellhead completions.
GATOR FEED® 5K SYSTEM
The PFT Gator Feed® 5K is a robust field-attachable 5,000 psig system. The Gator Feed® 5K is also commonly used to replace cable pack-off assemblies. This two-piece feed-thru system combines a lower connector and wellhead penetrator into an integral unit that installs through the bottom of the tubing hanger. The integral design minimizes the length of the unit below the tubing hanger, allowing for installation in short or restricted tubing head bowls.
